June arrives and brings with it the delectable Summer nights. The days grow longer and the temperatures more inviting. Nature vibrates and, for the duration of a month, for an hour and a half on each Saturday, the ‘sightings’ change slightly. Instead of cetaceans, we witness fireworks synchronised to music.

Every year companies specialising in pyrotechnics and coming from different countries, compete by showing off their talent to win a coveted trophy which is attributed by public vote, by both residents and visitors.
